The creation story of Buddhism was that creation repeats itself all of the time. It’s said that land forms, in darkness, and on the surface of the water in the beginning of each cycle. Spiritual living things that once lived in the last cycle are reborn. One of these beings would take the form of a man and start the human race. Misery along with happiness then take place. In the end, the soul life of living creatures are restored, and the cycle repeats.
